Sorry. We do not accept checks. However, we do accept money orders issued from U.S. banks only. Please include your order confirmation number on your money order to avoid any delays in processing your order. Your order will not be processed or shipped until the money order payment is receive and the funds verified. We do not accept money orders issued by foreign (non-U.S.) banks.
- Is your site secure?
Our payment processing is handled by secure servers using SSL encryption. We do not store or save complete credit card information on our site.
- How do I pay?
To pay you simply select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, select the checkout option. If you already have an account, you should use the login feature to automatically populate your billing information. Creating an account allows you to track your entire purchase and shipping history online. All of our fashion jewelry is individually handcrafted. Our in-stock items will ship within 1 to 3 business days from the original order date. Backordered items will ship within 1 to 2 weeks from the original order date. Actual shipping time will depend on the form of payment used when placing your order and whether the item is presently in-stock at the time of the order.

Yes. We do ship overseas to selected countries.

° Orders are shipped via US Postal Service. There is a flat fee of $4.95 USD for the first item and an additional charge of 10 cents per each additional item.

- Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. Express delivery is available for in-stock items only. You must specify this request in your Checkout Comments, by filling out the Contact Us page, or by calling us at 801-349-2666. One of our customer representatives will contact you about your additional express shipping costs and payment.
- Do you offer jewelry repair?
Yes. We do offer jewelry repair for our jewelry. However, you must Contact Us first prior to returning items for repair. If your jewelry is covered under our 30 day warranty, the repair is free. Otherwise, we will charge you a repair fee based on the amount of materials required to repair the item. Our minimum repair fee starts at $7.00 USD. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
- How do I determine what size to order?
For bracelets the easiest way is to take one of your existing bracelets that you already own and measure it from end to end using a ruler to determine your size. Another method is to take a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist where you intend to wear the bracelet. Tie the ends of the string together into a knot to make a complete circle. You may need someone to help you do this. After you are comfortable with the string's tension and how it feels on your wrist, cut the string (do not cut the knot) and then measure the string from end to end using a ruler to determine your size. Another method is to use a soft measuring tape (commonly used for sewing). Measure around the closed part of the hand and be sure to tighten up the measuring tape. Please allow at least one additional inch after measuring for breathing room. We recommend 4 to 6 inches for children, 7 inches for smaller petite women, 7.5 inches for average women, and 8 inches for larger-framed women. See available sizes below.

- Help! I ordered the wrong size bracelet. What should I do?
We will be happy to resize your bracelet for you. There is a minimum $7.00 USD resizing charge. Simply contact us via our Contact Us page and we will arrange to have the item returned for resizing. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and any additional material cost.
- What sizes are available?
Bracelets are available in sizes ranging from 4" to 12.5" in 1/2" increments. All sizes are approximate. Necklaces are available in sizes 14" to 30 ". For custom sizes not listed please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will be happy to try to accommodate your request.

- Do you custom build jewelry? I need a bracelet that will match my watch.
We try our best to accommodate our customers requests. However, because beaded materials are unique, we cannot guarantee an exact match to your custom jewelry item. If you have an idea for a piece of jewelry that you would like us to create for you, please contact us via our Contact Us page and a customer service representative will contact you about the details.
- How do I use a coupon?
When you go through our shopping cart process, you will find a coupon field that allows you to enter a coupon code. Once you have entered the coupon code, click on the "Apply Coupon" button to apply the discount. You must do this before selecting the "Checkout" button.
- How do I care for my jewelry?
If proper care is taken of your JBeadsJewelry, it will last for generations. We recommend that when not wearing your designer jewelry, you store it in its original packing, box, or place your handmade jewelry in a separate compartment of your jewelry box. For cleaning your beaded jewelry, a soft cloth is safest with simple soap and water. However, plated beads should not get wet. Do not apply polish to other components of your fashion jewelry for some gemstone jewelry and pearl jewelry do not respond well to solvents. All jewelry is made with quality materials and can handle a good amount of wear and tear. However, care should be taken when doing anything that could break or scratch the beads. Most materials are water resistant, but it is not recommended that the jewelry be worn while bathing, showering, swimming, or cleaning. Over a period of time exposure to air and skin chemistry can sometimes cause deposits and even oxidation (darkening). It is suggested that the jewelry be wiped off as much as possible after each time it is worn.
- How is your jewelry created?
Most of the jewelry offered by JBeadsJewelry.com is custom designed and handcrafted in the USA. It is made of the best quality materials at a great affordable price. Stretch bracelets are strung on material designed for durability and to not stretch out over time. All toggle bracelets are strung on jewelry wire and the earrings are crafted using all quality components. Colors of beads may vary slightly from photos shown.
- Can you gift wrap my order and/or enclose a gift card?
Yes. You can purchase gift accessories and gift cards with your order. We will package the items in the gift accessory of your choice and enclose your gift card. Please specify your gift card information in your Checkout Comments area.
- Do you offer a guarantee on your products?
Yes. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. Please contact us via our Contact Us page to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning your item. - Why do my photos look blurry on AOL's Browser?
America Online utilizes graphics compression software that speeds up the delivery of web pages to its members by compressing images and various multimedia applications. All AOL members have the option of deselecting "Used Compressed Graphics" in their Web Preferences. Go to "Preferences" or "My AOL/Preferences" and click on the Web Graphics tab. "What do I need to do?"
Simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by using our Contact Us page prior to returning any merchandise. We will not accept any returns without the RMA number included with your return. Give us the reason for the return and specify whether you want a repair, replacement or a refund. Include a copy of your RMA email with your RMA number and any original packaging (if applicable). If damage occurred during initial shipping, immediately take your package to your local post office and they will assist you in processing your claim.
Detailed Information Regarding Returns and Warranties
On warranty refunds, you will receive a complete credit after the items are returned and inspected.
° Repairs and replacements will only be offered within 30 days of shipment on merchandise that is defective due to craftsmanship. JBeadsJewelry.com cannot be held responsible for neglect or abuse of the merchandise.
° Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs when returning merchandise.
° We will only accept items for a return if they are returned in re-sellable condition, show no signs of wear, and have not been altered in any way. Acceptance of the return is contingent on item's returned condition. JBeadsJewelry.com reserves the right to deny issuing a credit if the items have been returned in unsatisfactory condition.
° Once JBeadsJewelry.com customer service has received confirmation that the item has been received the customer will be notified as to the status of the return via email. Refunds usually take 2-3 business days for the credit card company to process but sometimes the customer's bank holds the funds for as much as 10 days. Please note that the 2-3 day processing time starts after the returned items have been received and the email notification has been sent. The refund will be issued to the customer via the same payment method used for the original purchase, credit card, or PayPal®.
° Your return must be postmarked within 30 days (no exceptions) from the date it was shipped to you.
° When shipping returns, please place merchandise in protective and secure packing materials such as bubble wrap. Place merchandise in a protective mailing box or envelope. Shipper is responsible for damage to merchandise during shipment.
° We suggest that you ship using some form of postage where you are able to track the shipment. Include postal insurance as we cannot be responsible for packages lost during shipment.

- What happens when an item becomes unavailable or out of stock?
Most of our custom fashion jewelry is individually handcrafted. For beaded jewelry items not currently in stock, we will ship most orders to you within 1 to 2 weeks from your original order date. We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, if your order includes one or more beaded jewelry items for which we do not currently have sufficient quantity on hand in our inventory to immediately fulfill your order, your purchases will be placed on "BACKORDER" status.
- What happens when an item is placed on "BACKORDER" status?
If an item is not currently in stock in sufficient quantities to fulfill your order, your item will be placed on backorder. You will be notified via email if any portion of your order is placed on backorder status. Because of high demand, occasionally we may not have availability in our supply inventory
of some components needed to create your custom jewelry item(s). Expect your backordered item(s) to ship within 1 to 2 weeks from your original order date. If we know there will be a longer delay in completing your order, we will contact you again via email. We will wait until your order is complete before sending all your jewelry item(s) in one shipment.
